The line exited the McIvor Road Station and Bank 16, through a fence and crossed an unnamed 6C 50L wide PCR Crossing (McIvor Road) with 18'6" gates, raised 1.76', a culvert, and another fence. It continued on a surface formation, commenced a down grade just before it entered Bank 17, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, entered Cutting 13, cut a fence, another fence, entered Bank 18, levelled, crossed named McIvor creek via a 17 x 15' openings bridge, , entered a cutting, passing through two fences, on to a bank to the McIvor Creek, crossing it via a 17 x 15' openings bridge, commenced an up grade, cut a fence, entered Cutting 14, passed a diverted watercourse, entered a 40C radius right curve, entered Bank 19, and reached the 33M point - 68M 1C 94L from Melbourne.
The line entered short and shallow Cutting 14a, entered Bank 20, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, entered short and shallow Cutting 15, cut a fence, entered short Bank 21, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 4' x 4' arch culvert, entered a surface forming, topped the grade, entered Cutting 16 and straightened as it commenced a slight down grade. It entered level Bank 22, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 5 x 7' opening bridge, entered Cutting 17 on a slight up grade, entered an 80C radius right curve, entered level Bank 23, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 5 x 7' openings bridge at the top of the grade, ran to level Bank 24, crossed another unnamed watercourse via a double culvert, entered a surface forming, straightened, and commenced an up grade.
Cutting 18 is entered, the line cut a fence, entered a surface forming, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, entered Bank 25 on a very slight grade, ran through Cutting 19 to level Bank 26, crossed another unnamed watercourse via a double culvert, cut a fence, entered a 40C radius left curve, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 5 x 7' openings bridge, entered a surface forming and reached the 34M point - 67M 1C 94L from Melbourne.
The line entered Cutting 20, straightened, continued through to level Bank 27, commenced an up grade through a surface forming into Bank 28, crossed a culvert, continued through a surface forming to an unnamed 1 Chain Road PCR Crossing without gates, raised 1.21', cut a fence, entered a 60C radius right curve, entered near level Bank 29, crossed a 7 x 11' openings bridge, continued through Cutting 21, entered Bank 30, crossed a special 3' barrel culvert, ran through Cutting 22, entered Bank 31, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, entered Cutting 25 and reached the 35M point - 65M 1C 94L from Melbourne.
The line exited Cutting 23 to short, low Bank 32, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, commenced a slight down grade, ran through Cutting 24, entered Bank 33, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, ran through Cutting 25, to a surface forming, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, followed by a fence, a culvert, an unnamed One Chain Road PCR Crossing without gates, raised 2.16', entered near level Cutting 26, ran to Bank 34, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 3 x 11' openings bridge, entered Cutting 27, cut a fence, continued to Bank 35, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, entered a 40C radius left curve on a surface forming, ran through Cutting 28 to Bank 36, crossed an unnamed watercourse double culvert, entered Cutting 29, commenced an up grade, entered Bank 37, crossed an unnamed watercourse culvert, ran through Cutting 30, entered level Bank 38, straightened, and reached the 36M point - 64M 1C 94L from Melbourne.
The line entered Cutting 31 with up to 18' sides, on a slight rise, crossed a 2' barrel culvert and drain, entered very short Bank 39, passed a diverted watercourse, ran through to Bank 40, crossed a 2' barrel culvert, through to bank 41, crossed a 2' barrel culvert, ran through Cutting 32 into a surface forming, transitioned to a 30C radius left curve, levelled, crossed a culvert, entered Cutting 33, followed by Bank 42, levelled, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 4' x 4' arch culvert, entered Cutting 34 and commenced an up grade, , entered Bank 43, transitioned to a 30C radius right curve, crossed a culvert, ran through shallow Cutting 35, entered Bank 44, crossed a culvert, ran through Cutting 36, entered Bank 45, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 5 x 11' openings bridge, straightened, entered Cutting 37, entered a 50C radius left curve, and continued on a surface forming to the 37M point - 35M 1C 94L from Melbourne.
Continuing on an upward grade, the line entered Bank 46, cut a fence, crossed a culvert at the named Road to Costerfield PCR Crossing without gates, raised 2.29', cut another fence, and entered Crown Land - the future site of the McIvor Timber and Hardware Company.

The line continued to Bank 47, crossed a 5 x 7' openings bridge, cut a fence, entered Cutting 38, cut another fence at a quarry, crossed a culvert, a named Road to Seymour PCR Crossing without gates, raised 8.57', a fence, entered Bank 48 at the crossing, crossed an unnamed watercourse via a 5 x 11' openings bridge, entered Cutting 39, Bank 49, shallow Cutting 40, straightened, entered Bank 50, crossed a 3' barrel culvert, and entered Cutting 41 and the Tooborac Station Ground.
