This bridge spanned the Creek and adjacent Bridge Street as well. The unsafe condition of the bridge resulted in the closure of the street and the Pyalong-Seymour Road re-alignment with Mollison Street

The bridge across Handford's Creek is viewed as being beyond repair. There is a sign warning to beware of falling objects. Two of the support piers in the middle of the creek have two additional short piles for increased bracing.
