There were a number of land allotments in the name of Ingham in the Axedale district. The land was contained within the adjoining Parishes of Wellsford, Axedale, and Weston.
Property in the Parish of Wellsford:
Allotment 9A of 1: This allotment is bordered on its East side by Murphy Lane, Longlea. Its South-east corner is the McIvor Highway/Murphy Lane intersection. It has an area of 273a, 3r, 11p, 838/19.2. It is shown as 4.4.84. Ingham Court is within the North end of the property today.
Property in the Parish of Axedale:
Allotment 19C: This allotment is on the East side of the Campaspe River, near the bend in Ingham Road and was the site of Ingham's Quarry Hotel. It is an area of 0a, 2r, 37 4/10p, 17.3.76.
Allotment 19D: This allotment is on the East side of the Campaspe River, between the McIvor Highway and Ingham's Allotment 19C. It is an area of 14a, 2r, 0p.
Allotment 19G: This allotment is on the East side of the Campaspe River, between it and Ingham Road. It is an area of 1a, 1r, 24p, 24.9.06, 442/145.14.6, O.P. 43763.
Allotment 29, Section 19: This allotment is on the West side of the Campaspe River, north side of McIvor Highway at its Hickey Road intersection. It is an area of 75a, 2r, 5p, 2284/19.20.
Allotment 4, Section 12: This allotment is on the West side of the Campaspe River, and fronts William Street, Axedale. It is an area of 1a, 0r, 25 6/10p, 2.3.93.
Property in the Parish of Weston:
These allotments were in the area now occupied by the Axedale Sand Quarry.
Allotment 5: This allotment adjoins the East side of Allotment 5B, a disused road, and the South boundary of the Allotment is mainly on Toolleen Road. It was initially under the name of Henry Lloyd, The land appears to have been a part of an area of 191a, 1r, 13p, shown as 123a, 3r, 7p, was forfeited and then taken up by Wm. Cheshire, Ingham's brother-in-law. Ingham's name appears as N. Ingham Exr. of W. Cheshire, 22.2.97.
Allotment 5A: This allotment is immediately on the East side of Browne's Lane, Axedale, bounded by Browne's Lane and what was once a road separating it from Allotment 5. Its South boundary adjoins McIvor Highway and may also have been part of an original allotment of 191a, 1r, 13p. It is an area of 24a, 0r, 14p. It is in the name of M.A. Ingham Exr. The road is given the identifier of 5B and had been purchased by Ingham prior to his death.
Allotment 6: This allotment is on the East side of Allotment 5 and is clearly in the name of N. Ingham. It is an area of 60a, 0r, 30p, 21.9.93, 1836/1230.
Allotment 8: This allotment is another allotment in the name of N. Ingham Exr. of W. Cheshire. It also appears to have been part of an original 191a, 1r, 13p, now 43a, 1r, 32p, allotment. It bears the number 2264/19.20.
